Yes.  We are happy to build from your plans, or design a home from scratch for you.  We can also renovate an existing property if required, so we are flexible to Tailor Make your home, just as you want it.

For most people their home is the biggest investment they will ever make.  It also can be extremely daunting because people are often emotionally attached to their home. We understand this and we pride ourselves in our ability to listen and picture how you describe you dream home, and then when we are certain we know what you want, we can then do the plans for you, all the time inviting you to be as involved as you like in the process.

Sustainable home are becoming more popular as a result of increasing awareness of our need to minimise effects on the environment.  At JKW we offer clients, their choice of alternative power sources, grey systems, thermal insulation, cross flow ventilation and water tanks for our properties.

Because our homes are Tailor Made to our clients’ individual requirements, every home is unique, and therefore it is very difficult to give a figure for cost/m2. For example, not every house we build has a swimming pool or an ensuite in every bedroom. Houses will also differ if they are on one, two, or more levels.  We absolutely assure you though, that compared to other homebuilders, JKW aim to offer high quality at an affordable price. Another area where we are set apart from other homebuilders is in our service, creating a smooth stress-free transition for our clients.

A turn key home is a home that by the time you turn the key to the front door; everything has been completely taken care of for you. At JKW Constructions we specialise in turn key homes, where we can build you a home with landscaping, a pool, or even fully furnished!  Importantly, in order to get the result, there’ll be plenty of communication along the way to help you achieve the look you want. You will consult with us from the point when you have selected your land, (we even arrange demolition if required prior to building) through to you moving in.  This makes communication along the way much easier as we manage the whole project and you only need to deal with one person.
